The Product AI LeaderBrain Trust
The Brain Trust is the invite-only monthly Zoom inside Product AI Group. A smaller room of senior product leaders, working through the challenges and strategy of leading product in the era of AI.
How it started
The room keeps coming back to AI.
Centercode started the Brain Trust in May 2025 as a monthly Zoom for senior product leaders to compare notes on the work. The kind of conversation that doesn’t happen in podcasts or strategy docs.
It’s grown to 500+ senior product leaders (VPs, Directors, CPOs, and Heads of Product), and the same questions keep surfacing. How should we be building with AI? How do we validate it? How do we staff for it? How do we tell real adoption from theater?
Built for people like you
A peer group for the seat you’re in.

Leading product at the senior level is a different job. The stakeholder politics, the roadmap tradeoffs, the team-building under pressure, the AI questions nobody has answered yet. Most of it can’t be Googled, and most of it never makes it into a case study.
The Brain Trust is where senior product leaders find each other. Compare notes, surface blind spots, leave with something you can use Monday.
Where this sits
The strategic layer of Product AI Group.
The Brain Trust is the most curated slice of Product AI Group. The broader community runs city meet-ups, workshops, and the annual Summit. The Brain Trust is the strategic layer, meeting monthly on Zoom.
Not a webinar, not a vendor pitch, not a generic PM group. A small room of senior leaders, talking shop.
What you get as a member
What members get from showing up to the monthly room.
The room
Peers, not panels
Product leaders comparing notes across companies and stages. The room stays small so the conversation stays candid.
What gets discussed
Roundtables on what's actually hard
Roadmap tradeoffs, cross-functional tension, what's working with AI, and the things that don't make it into the case studies.
Speaking
Share what you've shipped
Bring something you've shipped, something that broke, or something that worked. Members can apply to speak anytime.
Long-term peers
People worth calling
Trade notes with peers in the same seat. Some become mentors, others the people you call when the roadmap blows up.
